About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with technical expertise to join our Strategic Clients Development team. This role combines Key Account Management, technical sales, and warehouse solution design, giving you the opportunity to manage customer relationships while developing practical warehouse concepts and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers across Serbia and the wider region
• Identify new business opportunities and manage sales projects from initial inquiry to contract award
• Analyse customer requirements and propose suitable warehouse solutions
• Prepare warehouse layouts and technical concepts using AutoCAD
• Create and present technical and commercial proposals
• Negotiate commercial and technical conditions with customers
• Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams (engineering, purchasing, project management)
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and forecast reporting
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and project meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, Key Account Management, industrial solutions, or project sales
• Experience working with B2B customers and managing complex sales processes
• Independent working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
• Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings
• Technical understanding of warehouse systems, storage solutions, logistics, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial mindset and customer orientation.
• Confidence in customer meetings, presentations and negotiations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Valid driver's license is mandatory (Category B) and willingness to travel

Preferred Education

Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or a related technical field.
